Grilling Tips - Beer Can Chicken
A great way to make Moist and Flavorful Chicken!
Start with a half full can of Beer (I prefer to drink the other half – not dump it!)

Take a 4-5lb whole chicken

Cover with JD’s Poultry Rub

Be sure to season the cavity of the chicken also

Put some JD’s Poultry Rub in the Beer

Place the Chicken over the Beer Can

Place on Grill standing up

Cook for approx. 90 mins at approx. 350 degrees

ENSURE the Internal Temp is 180 before removing from Grill
